All applications must be submitted by e-mail OR by our online application form. Please attach your CV and motivation letter as PDF-attachment, preferably within a single file. Once we have received your application, the following process starts:

1. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The responsible person reviews all applications and decides which candidates will be invited for an initial interview.
    
2. The person, who has selected the candidates, will also conduct the initial interview. Based on the results from the first interview, candidates will be short-listed for presentation.
   
   The short-list will be presented to your future manager who decides on the invitation for the next step of the application process.
   
   The final meeting is scheduled to be conducted within the business unit which you will belong to. It consists of interviews, presentation tasks and might include an assessment center depending on the requirements of the position. It includes a final evaluation in order to support our decision.
     
3. If you have succeeded, we will make an offer to you. You are supposed to enter your service with Lightweight Energy on the agreed date. This phase includes a probationary period of usually 1 month. The duration depends on the position and internal criteria.
    
4. Within the initial 3-6 months you will conduct the required training programs and you will also actively work on your projects and tasks. We will get more insight on your commitment and your performance. In addition you will get more information on the culture and working style within our company as you progress on your tasks. After completing the qualification phase, your contract will be automatically changed into a permanent employment contract.
     
5. You are now working on your projects and tasks at your own responsibility. We support your career by several training programs and the opportunity to develop your career internationally.
